Section 4 - Customers and Suppliers
The way an organization operates and
develops is not only affected by the people
who own and work for that organization, but
also by its customers and suppliers. In this
section we’re going to look at the vital role
played by customers and suppliers—both
outside and inside the organization—and at
the relationship between them. This
relationship is at the heart of all business
activity and is one of which you, as a
manager, need to be constantly aware when
you embark on a program of improving
resources, processes, and conditions.
